Price: $45 Per Person Yoga Nidra is a beginner friendly class that includes; basic paddling instruction, group paddle to a secluded location, 40 minutes of guided Yoga Nidra and 15 minutes of free paddling afterwards. Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practice.
