Women's Summer Solstice SUP Celebration-Marsh Creek State Park

We will welcome the 1st day of Summer and celebrate International Day of Yoga with some SUP Salutations (sun salutations on SUP) mixed with a women's circle! You'll practice yoga to warm up the body and mind, connect with fellow women in open discussion, and wrap up with a guided floating meditation
