Yes! We love SUP Pups. We allow dogs during rentals and community paddles. Please contact us prior to booking if you want to bring your dog on board.

Will I fall paddle boarding?

SUP is a water sport and there is always a chance you may fall in and get wet. The boards we use for rentals and classes are extremely stable and designed for beginners. All beginners will receive an on-land demonstration prior to getting on the board in the water.

What time should I arrive

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Classes leave the shore promptly at start time. Refunds are not given for late arrivals or missed classes.

Do I need to have prior SUP or Yoga experience to take a class?

No, our classes are designed to be beginner friendly. Modifications and pose adaptions will be offered throughout all classes.

What do I need to bring/wear to paddle board?

You do not need to wear a bathing suit when paddle boarding or practicing SUP Yoga. Wear anything that is loose fitting, comfortable and keep in mind it may get wet. Bringing a dry set of clothing for afterwards is highly recommended. Most will wear knee length yoga pants or shorts and a tee/tank top. Please keep in mind that you should not bring anything valuable out on the board with you, sunglasses and cell phones do not float! There are straps on the board that can hold down a thermos should you choose to bring one. It is also recommended that you bring a towel, sunscreen and bug spray.

What if I can’t stand up on the board?

Many people find that standing up on a paddle board is much easier than they thought. However, you may enjoy staying on your knees and that is fine too. Even SUP Yoga classes can be modified so you do not have to stand if you do not feel comfortable.
